Project Description:

Our team took over a partially completed residential project that had stalled at approximately 60% completion, with significant deficiencies requiring correction before construction could proceed. Working through existing structural issues, mold remediation, and necessary building upgrades, we restored the project and brought the family home to completion. The scope included extensive work throughout the basement, upper level, and kitchen, along with several custom outdoor features. A cedar tree fort and a large garden enclosure, complete with a six-foot-deep soil replacement, added unique elements tailored to the homeowner's needs. Through careful assessment, problem-solving, and coordinated construction, we transformed a challenging, partially completed build into a fully realized family home.
