Project Description:

The project involved the complete decommissioning of an existing La Senza retail store to prepare the space for future tenant occupancy.

Our team carried out the systematic removal of existing retail fixtures, displays, millwork, and interior elements, returning the premises to a clean, vacant condition. The work required careful planning and coordination to ensure an efficient transition from the former retail space to its next phase of use.

Through an organized approach to demolition, material removal, and site cleanup, we successfully prepared the space for future tenant improvements, providing a fresh starting point for the incoming business.
