Construction Estimator / Sales

Clarke Construction Projects is eager to welcome a Construction Estimator to our team.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys both estimating construction projects, and sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with our clients to understand their construction need
• Create the project scope and provide an estimate
• Assist our customers in making the final decisions on their project

Skills and experience requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Result-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
• Three or more years of experience in building construction
• Sales experience is an asset, not a requirement
• Valid drivers license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Position

Salary negotiable based on experience

Clarke Construction Projects is eager to welcome a permanent full-time Skilled Tradesperson to our team. We are looking for a hard-working individual who enjoys performing a variety of construction renovations.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work with a variety of tools
• Capable of performing a variety of building construction renovations

Skills and experience requirements:

• Ability to provide high-quality workmanship
• Three or more years of experience in building construction
• Valid drivers license required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
