Bring in the light by creating a ‘walk-out basement’. For this project, we excavated the land behind the home, trimmed all the trees that were interfering with the view, installed doors and windows, and built a walk-out patio outside. We also built a luxurious basement bathroom, a custom double-wide staircase from the main floor, a wet bar and a brand new fireplace. The results were stunning! This basement is now the perfect place to host a party!
